Development of a fuel cell system with HT-PEM stack and a methanol steam reformer

The aim of the project is to develop a compact, powerful and reformate-compatible fuel cell stack of the HT-PEM (High Temperature Polymer Electrolyte Membrane) type with an electrical output of 250W. This is to be coupled with a methanol steam reformer as a system. By using this technology in combination with methanol fuel, an environmentally friendly alternative to portable motorised power generators based on diesel or petrol can be created.
